Just because I'm always thinking ahead on meals for during the week Thanks to Jamie for telling me about this! Instead of buying pre-made Chicken Strips.......... make your own by taking your chicken Breast and cut into strips use Shake and Bake she says bake them but, I found that the seasoning don't always sticks to the Chicken so I deep-fry them until done, a friend also told me that if you put them in an egg-wash before you shake them that the seasoning will stick so you can bake them anyway no matter how you do them I serve them with home-made fries. Enjoy!
