Been asked to post a couple of Recipes:

Cheese Ball

1 8oz Cream Cheese

1 Bottle of Roka Blue Cheese Spread ( haven't found it for a while so I use a Garlic Herb Cheese Spread )

1 cup shredded Cheese ( I use Cheddar but for a real bite use Pepper Jack )

1 Table Spoon Worchestershire Sauce

1 Table Spoon chopped Onion

Mix together divide in half roll each ball in crushed Walnuts or prefered coating

Honey Butter

1 cup Butter room tempt.

1\2 cup Honey

1 egg white

Mix with hand mixer until smooth

This is a good balance to be able to taste both the butter and honey.

Enjoy
